Sani Bayero Son of late Emir of Kano weds fiancée in lavish ceremony

Sani Bayero, son of the late Emir of Kano, Abdullahi Ado Bayero , tied the knot with his fiancée, Aysha, on Saturday, April 2, 2016.

The newlyweds had the first part of their ceremony on Friday, April 1, in Kano state. The beautiful bride Aysha is said to be a Fulani princess. See more pic after the cut

The late Alhaji Ado Bayero was Emir of Kano for 51 years after ascending the throne in 1963. He is succeeded by Muhammadu Sanusi II who became Emir in 2014.
