Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, has described the current state of the country as difficult but encouraging.

The former Lagos State governor admitted that although the journey to economic recovery would be hard, however, there was light at the end of the tunnel for the country.

Tinubu was quoted as stating this in a speech he delivered on Saturday after receiving a honourary Doctor of Business degree at the 15th- 20th convocation ceremony of the University of Abuja.

IPOB disowns, warns Ohanaeze over negotiation for his release

The Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB has warned those who are claiming to be representing the group, including the members of Ohanaeze Ndigbo and its youth wing to stop such move, that nobody speaks or represents them, unless such a person or persons are designated officers of IPOB worldwide.

BREAKING: Supreme Court Confirms Rev King Death Sentence

The Supreme Court has confirmed the verdict of the lower courts by confirming the death sentence of Rev. Chukwuemeka Ezeugo, a.k.a Reverend King.

A Lugbe Grade 1 Area Court in the FCT on Wednesday sentenced three labourers to two months imprisonment each for stealing 67 tubers of yam.

The judge, Garba Ogbede, however, gave the convicts an option of N6, 000 fine each.

This past Valentine, a mother choked her eleven-year-old son for fighting her in an attempt to stop her from abandoning his two-year-old sibling outside in the snow.

The weather was fifteen degrees with six inches snow on the ground that day. The little boy was tackled by his mother as she put her hands around his neck in an attempt to choke him. He was trying to protect his baby sister after their mother said she no longer wanted the girl and was going to leave the child outside in the cold.
