Meet one of rescued Chibok girl who started a new life

One of the rescued Chibok girls who was awarded scholarship to attend the American University of Nigeria in Yola.

– Former vice president Atiku Abubakar awarded 15 Chibok girls who escaped from Boko Haram captivity scholarship to attend the American University of Nigeria in Yola

– Atiku shared a photo of one of the student whose life changed complitely

– Nigerians praise the ex-vice president for his generosity

On Monday, February 8, Atiku took to his Twitter to share a photo of one of the students who is studying computer science at the AUN.

The girl is also a facilitator at TELA, which is an education project launched by the ex-vice president and sponsored by USAID to teach basic literary and numeracy to vulnerable children.

The vice president posted a photo and wrote an inspiring caption: “Education changes everything! She went from captivity to AUN, and is now volunteering to teach other children. This is great courage!”

hmmm in life i tend to realized that every action counts, and that we all have to make small efforts or nothing would ever change. God Bless you Mr Atiku
