Florida teen who pretended to be doctor arrested after exam of undercover agent at West Palm Beach medical office

A wannabe Doogie Howser got revealed as a baby-faced quack in South Florida on Tuesday, officials said.

Malachi Love-Robinson, an 18-year-old man who examined an undercover agent and offered medical advice, was arrested for practicing medicine without a license at his West Palm Beach office, said Florida Department of Health spokesman Brad Dalton.

State health officials and local police received a Crime Stoppers tip earlier this month about Love-Robinson and the New Birth New Life Medical Center & Urgent Care, Dalton said. The New Birth New Life website lists Love-Robinson as its president, CEO and founder next to a picture of him in a white lab coat with a stethoscope around his neck.

“He has his website and other websites he’s put together saying he’s a doctor, but he doesn’t have a license with the Department of Health,” Dalton told the Daily News.
