What’s a few thousand dollars to tuck, tighten, pull, veneer, laser or chisel anyway?

Hollywood’s hottest celebrities continue to prove that nothing is off limits when it comes to their looks. Spending thousands (and even millions) of dollars, there are so many but we found 5 out of the most expensive celebrities whose plastic surgery bills are literally through the roof! Are you curious? Dropping another $4,000 (merely pocket change for this Hollywood hottie, right?), Fox completed her look with cheek augmentation, lip fillers and Botox. During the augmentation procedure, surgeons enhanced Fox’s cheeks by placing solid implants over her cheekbones to drastically highlight her facial structure

Spending a whopping $11,500 on three different cosmetic surgeries, Nicki’s cheapest trip under the knife is probably the most recognizable at first glance after she bleached her once fairly dark skin.

Commonly known as skin lightening and running anywhere from $1,000 upwards, the procedure typically includes numerous chemical treatments, lasers and peeling to get the desired and much lighter effect.
As if her lighter look wasn’t enough, Nicki spent around $6,000 on a nose job or rhinoplasty where surgeons reconstructed the tip of her nose so that it would point down instead of up. Sounds crazy, doesn’t it? What’s even crazier is that Nicki spent upwards of $5,000 on her very first surgery – butt implants – where she had silicone implants inserted into each buttock to make her rear fuller and rounder. Where exactly does she find jeans that fit? Now, with a different nose and lighter skin, she literally makes millions by shaking her prosthetic butt around for the world to see. Talk about buns, hun!


#3 – Kim Kardashian ($16,500)

Known as a reality star, Kanye’s wife and mom to kids North and Saint West, if you don’t know who Kim Kardashian is then there’s a fairly good chance you just might live under a rock.

Starting at the top, Kardashian spent an upwards of $500 on laser hair removal to remove the baby hair at the top of her forehead for a cleaner and sleeker look. She dropped around $5,000 for rhinoplasty where surgeons shortened and thinned her nose (no, it’s not a makeup trick like she claims!). Add in another $5,000 and Kardashian enjoys a fresh look thanks to Botox to arch her eyebrows, lip fillers, skin tightening treatments to reduce sagging and cheek injections to enhance her cheekbones.


#2 – Lil’ Kim ($19,625)

Hailing from Brooklyn, New York, not even native Brooklynites recognize the former Kimberly Denise Jones who is now better known by her stage name, Lil’ Kim.


Making her public debut after five (or more) plastic surgeries and spending nearly $20,000 to perfect her look, Lil’ Kim didn’t bat an eyelash (real or fake) when it came to dropping over $5,000 on a full body skin lightening surgery where dermatologists used chemicals, lasers and skin peeling to bleach her previously dark skin.

Yikes!

Kim then shifted her focus from her skin color to the rest of her body as she spent around $8,000 on breast implants, approximately $4,000 on rhinoplasty to elongate her nose and nearly $3,000 on liposuction, lip injections and cheek enhancements to finish off her new Muppet look. When all was said and done, Kim actually ended up having more plastic surgeries than hit singles over the last 15 years, a record she most likely never intended to make

“Tumble out of bed and stumble to the kitchen, pour myself a cup of ambition…” A self-proclaimed “Backwoods Barbie,” Dolly Parton is the most honored female country performer of all time and is easily the most iconic.


At nearly 70 years old, the sassy songbird has done everything possible to hold onto her youthful looks from her blonde hair and sequined dresses to her oversized chest and tiny waist – all to the tune of $23,000 (and counting!).


Intending to hold onto her looks for as long as she’s in the spotlight, Parton doesn’t deny spending a small fortune on her looks, openly admitting that whenever something starts to wrinkle or sag she sets up an appointment right away to get it tightened, tucked or touched up.

So, the question remains: what exactly hasn’t Parton had done?
Well on her way to becoming the sexiest sequined grandma in country music, Parton’s most noticeable change has been her growing chest, costing the singer around $4,000 on breast implants alone. Determined to avoid any signs of aging, she dropped around $5,000 on a face lift to tighten and revitalize sagging skin and wrinkles to ensure a healthy glow. Add in $3,000 each for a brow lift and eyelid surgeries as well as almost $11,000 for a neck lift, chin augmentation and a drastic nose job and it’s no surprise that Parton agrees “it costs her a fortune to look this cheap.”
